Choosing a career is not a very serious affair until Graduation | Post-Graduation. However, once you are done qualification, it is necessary to choose a definite career and decide a career goal. Choosing the right career, keeping the market in mind is necessary. In addition to this, selecting the right education institution is equally important. Unfortunately, many students are unable to discover their potentials and interests at this stage and this is when pressure starts building.
Career Guidance has become important as many students are facing a variety of career challenge. These challenges may include (but are not limited to) dealing with redundancy; seeking a new job; changing careers; returning to work after a career break; building new skills; personal and professional development; going for promotion; and setting up a business. The common aim of the career guide, whatever the situation of the individual being guided, is normally to help that individual gain control of their career and, to some extent, their life.
Therefore, Wagons Skill Foundation had conducted a session on Career Counselling / Motivation for students of Police Kalyan Sankul Naigaon, Police Colony, Dadar East, Mumbai Maharashtra 400014.
